Do garden rooms need foundations?

Yes. A garden room needs a proper base to stay level, dry and sound, whether that is a concrete pad, ground screws or an engineered base sized to the ground. A room is only as good as what it sits on, and skimping the base is why cheap ones twist and damp. We build the base for the conditions.
